FAE engineer
position statement:
1. Responsible for providing customer X86 / ARM technical consulting services, including telephone / communication software / on-site services, timely response, quick solution, and ensuring the stable operation of products;
2. Responsible for customer customized software demand management;
3. Coordinate the research and development of the development of customized BIOS and ARM;
4. Test of customized software;
5. Category and file customer complaint problems, and provide quality and research and development reference to improve the quality of the company's products;
6. Reply to technical reports;
7. Maintain the customer relationship and collect information about competitors.
job requirements:
1, College degree or above, computer related;
2. Age 25-35 years old, more than 2 years of related working experience;
3, familiar with x86 hardware, can use oscilloscope, multimeter, soldering iron tools;
4. Familiar with linux, windows, Android operating system;
5, related x86 industry technical support, after-sales maintenance, testing position 2 years of working experience;
6. Support ARM with certain software programming ability, and cooperate with customers in API interface development.
